We started Captain Growth Agency to ensure that local businesses, from Kenora to Thunder Bay to Sault Ste Marie and everywhere in between, have access to world-class digital tools without losing that small-town personal touch. Meet The Founder

My name is Miguel Ferreira, I was born in Fort Frances, ON and raised in Atikokan, ON.  I spent four years living in Thunder Bay, ON where I am based out of and spend my summers living in the amazing Sioux Narrows, ON. I've spent my whole life bouncing around NWO and I am proud to live in an area that offers so many activities and great people.  I've always had a passion for business, marketing and sales; and for the last four years I've been a server, bartender, furniture salesman and have helped out the companies I've worked for with marketing. That's where I found my passion for sales and marketing. It's also where I developed expertise in what people in our beautiful area is looking for from businesses and the importance digital services from businesses are here in NWO.  I also learned how important honesty and transparency is in business and pride myself in having those values as the foundation of my company.  My company may be new but I have years of experience dealing with customers and businesses through sales, marketing, customer service and more.  I look forward to serving each and everyone who works with us now and in the future and I am excited for our businesses to grow together and improve the overall business and customer experience here in NWO together!
